Mr. Bush, Cindy Sheehan deserves to be heard. I understand that this thing has now spun too far out of control for you to take the time to see her at this point, but your response as to why you couldn’t see her is nothing short of pathetic.

“I think it’s important for me to be thoughtful and sensitive to those who have got something to say. But I think it’s also important for me to go on with my life, to keep a balanced life … I think the people want the president to be in a position to make good, crisp decisions and to stay healthy. And part of my being is to be outside exercising. So I’m mindful of what goes on around me. On the other hand, I’m also mindful that I’ve got a life to live and will do so.”

When you have time to take five weeks of vacation, you should have time to take 30-60 minutes to speak to the mother of one of the US citizens you sent to death due to an unnecessary war. His blood is on your hands, and he also “had a life to live” once upon a time. You are directly responsible for his death, having jumped to war before the facts were in. If you were any kind of man of strong moral character as you claim to be, you’d suck it up and go speak with her. What is wrong with you?

What’s wrong with Bush is that he knows his war of aggression is 100% indefensible against anyone with a good head on their shoulders so he doesn’t want to be made to look like an even bigger fool by getting a dressing-down on TV by Ms. Sheehan. So basically, Bush is a world-class coward who doesn’t mind sending other peoples’ kids off to get slaughtered but is too chickenshit to even engage in an intelligent debate about it. He is once again proving that though he may talk tough, he has testicles the size of raisins.

“W” is short for “Without balls”.

Cindy Sheehan was heard. The problem is that she did not hear what she wanted to hear. With left wing extremist supporters like moveon.org, Mikey Moore and other anti-american activists, no reasonable degree of credibility will or should be affordeed to Cindy or her friends. Perhaps a job would be a better use of Cindy’s time. Our country has endured such foolish disregard for our soliders before and we will overcome this group as well. Every dead terrorist is one less in your back yard. Cindy has earned the right to speak her mind. She has not earned the right to claim as though she speaks for all of us with an enabling media in lock step. Try supporting our troops instead of tearing them down with anti american non-sense.

Something to say?
